Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Proven work experience and sales achievement results as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships

  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce and sales performance metrics

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients, generate leads, and conduct sales presentations and negotiations to secure new business and drive growth
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's services and effectively communicate IntelyCare’s value proposition to clients
  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize customer retention and upsell opportunities
  • Conduct client visits to assess and understand opportunities to further leverage IntelyCare’s solutions
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and sales contracts to clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Recruiting, Marketing, and Product, to ensure client needs are met effectively
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, tracking performance against set targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and results utilizing Salesforce
