Responsibilities

  • Maximise customer satisfaction and retention by providing personalised support and proactive account management
  • Create, maintain and develop strong relationships with clients
  • Maintain the high levels of client servicing through the team and collaborating with the customer services
  • Research market trends, analyse customer needs and identify potential new client relationships and potential white space opportunities resulting to up-selling and portfolio growth
  • Acquiring and developing familiarity with the available platforms, used both internally and by clients
  • Familiarise with internal processes leading to Customer success, to maintain and maximise the high levels of client engagement
  • Support in and join key presentations & workshops adding expertise during project/contract delivery
  • Consult with clients about how to leverage the power of Tech & Durable insights to best support their business
  • Ensure maximum communication with the other internal company departments. Build relationships that will support the growth needed for Tech & Durables insights
  • Investigate potential areas of growth and new business opportunities in the broad field of Tech & Durables
