Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales, with a preference for experience selling K-12 solutions and SpEd solutions. Proven success in exceeding sales quotas and establishing a footprint in new territories is required, along with familiarity with the RFP process and experience using Salesforce.
The Account Executive will be responsible for owning the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiations, and closing, while building long-term relationships with school district officials. They will also maintain accurate sales records in Salesforce, achieve annual revenue targets, partner with the customer success team for renewals and upsells, and contribute to process improvements within the sales playbook.
