Requirements

  • Experience in account management, renewals, and stakeholder management in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Ability to work in coordination with Customer Success Managers and serve as the primary executive contact
  • Skills in driving renewals, creating expansion and MRR raise opportunities, and handling contract terms including price negotiations
  • Proficiency in sponsor nurturing, discovering stakeholders and their needs, matching them with product suites, conducting Business Reviews, managing renewal processes, and contract negotiations
  • Capability to succeed in a team selling environment for account penetration and coverage
  • Ability to consistently forecast monthly and quarterly performance

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of existing accounts and take responsibility for their retention and growth
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Proactively own renewals in accounts in cooperation with the Customer Success team
  • Negotiate deals and contracts at various levels within targeted accounts, with primary focus on renewals and expansion
  • Manage high-level stakeholders across all account bases
  • Conduct sponsor nurturing, discover all stakeholders and their needs to match with Insider product suites, perform Business Reviews, handle renewal processes, and contract negotiations
  • Consistently forecast monthly and quarterly performance
