  • Support forecasting strategies, leveraging tools like Clari MAPs to centralize renewal data, predict risks, and mitigate churn
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, PreSales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Deal Desk to align pricing, legal, and discount structures
  • Implement structured renewal playbooks to standardize outreach, drive best practices, and ensure consistent execution
  • Escalate and intervene on at-risk renewals, engaging senior leadership as needed to maximize retention
