Responsibilities

Own and lead flawless execution of client scope(s)
Work alongside Client Service leader (VP Client Services and/or Director, Client Services) to identify areas for strategic business growth
Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of client scopes, prioritizing exceptional client service and five-star experiences
Lead development and implementation of overarching strategic direction for a diverse portfolio of social and influencer campaigns (from individual activations to long-term initiatives), aligning with client objectives and agency vision
Collaborate with COE team(s) to push for exceptionally creative and unique work across global clientele
Spearhead influencer engagement, paid social, and measurement
Drive creative ideation
Manage briefs
Cultivate and nurture client relationships
Present concepts effectively
Develop compelling presentations
Offer clear performance insights (inferred from context)
