Requirements

  • Experience in direct and digital CRM campaigns, across a range of channels, but particularly Email and DM
  • Passionate about data and comfortable working with strategy, data planners and other data teams to deliver exceptional work
  • Strong strategic and delivery skills
  • Proven experience of building positive relationships with clients, different departments, and 3rd parties
  • Excited to deliver dynamic creative work and able to harness internal talent to optimise creative and design
  • Strategic in approach and understands the need for insights and the importance of a killer creative brief
  • Driven with a natural curiosity to learn, build knowledge and lead teams to deliver responsive and hardworking campaigns
  • Excellent written/oral communication skills and attention to detail
  • Curious, collaborative, inquisitive, throw themselves into problem solving and take ownership of it

Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in direct and digital marketing activity
  • Report into a Senior Account Director and work within a Client Partnership team
  • Work on a major account involving communication with every household in the UK across multiple channels
  • Lead Marketing objectives and strategy to drive real behaviour change
  • Manage implementation of strategy, including selecting data to target, delivering creative across multiple channels, and analysing performance
  • Work closely with senior client members and internal teams of experts and SMEs
  • Develop customer insight driven creative that is engaging and effective for direct marketing campaigns
  • Take the lead on key projects: work with stakeholders, data planners, planners, analysts, and the account team to define and scope projects through to successful delivery of final campaigns
