Requirements

  • Ability to develop three-dimensional relationships with customers and key stakeholders in Financial Services (Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, Investment Banks, Private Equity, etc.)
  • Versatility to work with a variety of clients and serve as the main point of contact for inbound queries, outbound engagement, relationship updates, and renewal discussions
  • Collaboration skills with Account Executives to identify new business opportunities
  • Deep understanding of clients' business, roles, responsibilities, projects, and performance metrics

Responsibilities

  • Maximize retention rate across the book of business
  • Increase and drive adoption of AlphaSense solutions into other business units of existing clients to uncover new opportunities and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals
  • Identify revenue at risk to prevent churn
  • Forecast retention rates
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to identify growth opportunities within the book of business
  • Understand clients' business details to effectively communicate with users and decision makers, identify white space, and craft compelling messaging with AEs
  • Cultivate relationships with users and key stakeholders to position AlphaSense as a business partner rather than a vendor
  • Hold Business Reviews
