Responsibilities

  • Gaining a deep understanding of automotive business dynamics, strategies, and industry drivers across various channels

  • Exhibiting accountability for agency performance and effectively managing financial and commercial aspects of the business
  • Navigating both the Agency and client matrices adeptly
  • Managing complex, multi-channel campaigns across different stages of the funnel and customer journey
  • Managing the intricacies of initiatives or campaigns within the broader business context
  • Facilitating the development of project briefs in collaboration with strategic planners and analysts
  • Managing client expectations, objectives, timelines, and budgets effectively
  • Providing guidance to team members in evaluating ideas and directions
  • Shepherding ideas from development to presentation to execution, both for oneself and others
  • Leading an integrated agency model to ensure alignment and collaborative work towards shared goals among agency teams
  • Steering internal and partner teams to deliver integrated solutions from strategy and concept to execution, while representing client interests adequately
