Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic thinking and creative development across integrated campaigns for Fanta, balancing brand, advertising, content, and experience initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring client expectations are consistently met or exceeded
  • Manage and inspire multi-disciplinary teams, fostering collaboration between Advertising, Experience, PR & Influence, and Behavioural Science teams
  • Ensure seamless coordination across global and local teams, aligning creative output with both regional and worldwide strategies
  • Oversee campaign budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to deliver high-quality work on time and within scope
  • Translate complex briefs and business objectives into clear, actionable strategies for the team
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and growth, keeping Fanta at the forefront of the category
  • Lead the development, execution, and optimization of integrated campaigns across multiple channels
  • Create and deliver Experience Activations—purposeful interactions across the entirety of a consumer’s engagement with Fanta
