Requirements

  • Ability to engage with Sales Team/Head of Sales to identify targets for research (Prospects – by type/size of company, job titles, departments etc.; Existing Customers – new department, subsidiaries, new users, etc.; Compelling news information depending on research requirements)
  • Proficiency in research using internal and external tools (Linkedin, Zoominfo, Nexis, Company Dossier, Google, etc.)
  • Capability to capture key details required (Name, Title, phone, email, hierarchy, current news, etc.)
  • Skills in cross-referencing information gathered to assess accuracy and relevance
  • Ability to formulate report or data file for delivery to sales representative
  • Flexibility to provide assistance to the Nexis Solutions team as directed by the Supervisor during periods of minimal planned activity
  • Willingness to perform other tasks that may involve supporting Sales Enablement Operations

Responsibilities

  • Help Account Managers, Business Development Managers, and Sales Development Representatives grow the business of Nexis Solutions through creation of prospect lists to identify opportunities for new customers
  • Create opportunities from existing customers targeted as high potential for cross-sell and up-sell
  • Engage with Sales Team/Head of Sales to identify targets for research
  • Conduct research using internal and external tools
  • Capture key details from research
  • Cross-reference information for accuracy and relevance
  • Formulate reports or data files for sales representatives
  • Provide assistance to the Nexis Solutions team as directed by the Supervisor when there is minimal planned activity
  • Support Sales Enablement Operations as needed
