Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of all high-value and in-scope contracted services across all service delivery towers, ensuring performance goals and cost commitments are met
  • Act as direct client contact and single point of delivery accountability for meeting delivery targets, service excellence, and operating within the POR financial model
  • Develop and nurture senior management relationships with the customer and own the customer operational relationship to achieve excellent customer satisfaction
  • Promote customer satisfaction through efficient, effective service delivery, proactively managing issues, driving transformation optimization, and managing scope, resources, cost, and coordination
  • Own the cost expense within the account, actively seeking opportunities to drive down the cost of delivery, and develop, implement, and monitor expense controls
  • Serve as principal contact for all service operational and tactical issues for the client and company delivery organizations
  • Develop performance metrics and reporting, escalation management, and communication plans to manage customer expectations
  • Hire, lead, and provide expertise to cross-functional teams and 3rd party vendors, identifying and analyzing gaps to develop and implement corrective action plans
  • Develop and lead the AST and all delivery organizations to timely, cost-effective delivery of SLA requirements, identifying and recommending optimizations
  • Support the Client Manager in establishing the customer as a Reference Account and supporting growth opportunities, including creating incremental revenue opportunities
