Candidates should possess at least 2 years of automotive retail dealer/vendor customer service experience, be well-spoken and written with an articulate demeanor and professional appearance, have a proven record of success, and maintain a positive problem-solving attitude. Some overnight travel is required, and strong marketing experience is a plus.
The Account Coordinator will coordinate weekly calls with the Account Manager to ensure priorities and deadlines are met regarding marketing campaigns for a major Automotive OEM, review outstanding marketing campaigns with the Account Manager to coordinate next steps on approval, provide ROI reporting as needed, approve Trade Up Advantage, Service, Recall, Express Service, First Maintenance Complete, Ongoing Service Retention, Lease End, email only SAS Mechanical, and News Connect Market Drivers using spreadsheets, coordinate with Marketing Service Representatives to push Market Drivers along in the production process, work as a point of escalation if the Account Manager is unavailable, review campaign pipeline to alert the Account Manager of any Market Drivers needing approval, update offers for Owner Touch notifications in the Setup Wizard using a spreadsheet, and review open support tickets with the Account Manager weekly to assist with completion.
