Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets through activities with all customers (HCPs such as doctors and medical staff, hospitals, agents, etc.)
  • Provide case support prioritizing safety and success of MitraClip procedures, and pre/post-procedure consultations
  • Conduct ongoing education/information provision (including department meetings) and patient attraction activities in collaboration with marketing and team members to standardize MitraClip treatment
  • Strengthen relationships with existing customers and raise awareness of MitraClip among referring doctors, KOLs, and potential future customers to expand the market and ensure treatment reaches target patients
  • Maintain smooth communication with superiors, prioritize team interests, emphasize teamwork in daily activities, and sometimes act as team leader to guide/support team members' sales activities
  • Possess deep product knowledge, evidence, and clinical knowledge of MitraClip for safe case support, pre/post-consultations, and screening programs
  • Regularly provide training/department meetings/information to customers (operators, referring doctors, echo doctors, technicians, medical staff) to ensure procedure safety and maximize treatment efficacy
  • Respond to customer complaints/product claims promptly and accurately, prioritizing human life with sincerity
  • Gather and share competitor sales activities/product information regularly and reflect in strategy formulation
  • Obtain/share customer information (including potential customers such as operators, referring doctors, echo doctors, technicians, medical staff) as needed and reflect in strategy
  • Analyze and share sales activities/performance, report new acquisitions, lost accounts, customer/competitor info promptly to superiors regularly, and reflect on actions for sales target achievement
  • Participate in conferences as needed to gather information, communicate with customers/other sales, report participation, and reflect in sales strategy
  • Bring new perspectives to existing solutions, solve complex issues independently, make best judgments using multiple information sources
  • Maintain posture to constantly obtain potential customer information and respond promptly when action is needed
  • Actively contribute to team member development to improve overall sales quality
  • Respond timely to management requests
  • Comply with company code of conduct, fair competition codes, quality policies, environmental management systems, and other pharmaceutical laws/regulations
