Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a bookkeeping or AP/AR-focused role
Essential proficiency with Xero
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Willingness to learn financial software such as Datamolino and Employment Hero

Responsibilities

Enter supplier invoices using Datamolino, including accurate coding of item numbers, divisions, streams, and accounts
Reconcile supplier statements to ensure all expenses are recorded or accrued as needed
Allocate costs correctly across business units and cost centres
Distribute customer AR statements bi-monthly via Xero
Reconcile receivable invoices between Xero, Assignar, and Wastedge on a daily/weekly basis
Optionally, assist with uploading invoices from Assignar and Wastedge into Xero to support operational teams
Perform daily bank reconciliations
Conduct daily cash reconciliations
Maintain up-to-date receivable and payable forecast dates in Xero to support cashflow reporting
Support the finance team with the preparation of supplier and customer credit applications
