Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in a biological, medical, or life science-related field, along with 5+ years of sales experience in the life science industry and at least 2+ years of experience as a team leader. Strong sales skills and a proven track record of successful sales are required, alongside excellent interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

The Academia Sales Supervisor will develop and implement tactical account plans, meet or exceed business sales targets on a quarterly and yearly basis, proactively explore markets and identify sales opportunities, master technical knowledge of life science reagent products, coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams, participate in promotional campaigns, and coach and lead the sales team to achieve their targets.
