Responsibilities

リードとメンタリング: 日米に在籍するテクニカルプログラムマネージャーおよびプロジェクトマネージャーで構成される有能なチームを管理・育成し、彼らのキャリア成長を支援し、プログラムの成功を確実にします。
戦略的パートナーシップ: Drivemodeの代表としてHondaのプロジェクトリーダーとの関係を主導し、プログラム全体の戦略、計画、デリバリーに関する連携を推進します。
継続改善の推進: エンジニアリングチームおよびプログラムチームの効率性を高めるため、ボトルネックを積極的に特定・解消し、業務プロセスとコミュニケーションチャネルを継続的に改善します。
プログラムデリバリーの遂行: 要件定義、バックエンドや各地域担当との技術的整合性の確保、詳細なプロジェクト計画や高品質なドキュメントの作成まで、複数のプロジェクトのライフサイクル全体を主導します。
効果的なコミュニケーション: プログラムの状況、ロードマップの進捗、重大な課題を追跡・報告します。DrivemodeおよびHonda双方のリーダーに対し、明確で効果的な報告を日本語と英語の両方で行います。
リスクとリソースの管理: リスク管理に対する積極的なアプローチを主導し、リスクの特定、伝達、および緩和戦略を実行します。経理部門やHondaのPMOメンバーと連携し、リソース計画とプログラム予算を管理します。
