Responsibilities

カスタマーフロントコンサルタントとして、公共サービス・医療健康サービスの利用者（生活者/消費者/国民/市民、行政/自治体および職員）が求める提供価値/体験を再定義し、政策の成功と持続的な事業の発展を実現するためのコンサルティング
業界に深い知見を持ち、利用者を起点とした変革実現のための支援（ソング本部およびアクセンチュア全体の多様な人材やサービスラインと協業）
公共（行政機関及び教育・医療機関含む）業界にフォーカスし、経営者層や行政組織の幹部層のカウンターパートとして全領域（フロントステージ・バックステージ）を一気通貫で支援
フロントステージ変革：政策定着化支援戦略、データ活用戦略、新規事業戦略、サービス戦略、ブランド・マーケティング戦略、営業戦略、チャネル改革、顧客体験改革・組織のパーパス・ミッションの再定義、それに基づくターゲットや組織価値・ブランドの明確化・市場規模概算・ターゲットとなる利用者体験の設計・マルチチャネルでのコミュニケーションプランの策定、新たな体験・共感を生み出す既存事業に閉じないサービスなどの企画・構想立案
バックステージ変革：プロセス・データ・テクノロジー・組織・職員を含めたオペレーティングモデル改革・フロントステージで定義した体験を下支えするプロセス改革、人的資源・組織変革、データ活用・データ基盤戦略、カスタマーフロントのテクノロジー変革、経営資源配賦含めたガバナンス改革
変革実行のカギとなる職員を始めとする多様なステークホルダーのチェンジマネジメント推進・体験変革
プロジェクト事例に基づく変革推進（例：保険業界の新規事業モデル構想から運営、ブランド・マーケティング戦略立案・実行、プロセス変革、組織・人財変革、データ利活用戦略、システム立案・開発・銀行業界のリテール営業モデル見直し、アプリバンク構想から導入・高度化、デジタルマーケティング戦略立案・運用高度化）
