Candidates should have at least two years of experience in the planning and growth of business or service projects (including system development), as well as project management experience involving stakeholder negotiation both internally and externally. They must possess skills in creating presentations using PowerPoint or Google Slides, developing simulations and graphs in Excel or Google Sheets, and writing requirements specifications or definition documents. Furthermore, they should have strong negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
The applicant will be responsible for planning and promoting manufacturer-oriented promotional services, as well as launching new services related to PayPay’s merchant strategy headquarters. This includes conducting market environment analysis, developing service and new feature concepts, clarifying development requirements, and managing projects. They will also be involved in drafting business plans, managing forecasts, planning campaigns, negotiating contracts with partners, and leading projects with team members both within and outside the department.
