Requirements
- Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in the planning and growth of business or service projects (including system development).
- Project management experience, including stakeholder negotiation with internal and external parties.
- Skills:
- Presentation creation skills using PowerPoint/Google Slides.
- Simulation and graph creation skills using Excel / Google Sheets.
- Requirements specification or definition writing skills.
- Negotiation skills with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Business Planning & Execution: Develop and execute business plans for manufacturer-focused promotional services.
- New Service Development: Conceptualize and develop new services, including PayPay Points, coupons, and gift cards.
- Project Management (PMO): Manage projects from conception to completion, including requirement definition and workflow design.
- Partner Management: Negotiate contracts with partners and develop usage guidelines.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams (including internal and external members).
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes.
- Service Conceptualization: Develop concepts for new services and features.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development and sales teams to achieve project goals.
- Business Value Creation: Drive revenue growth for PayPay through effective utilization of PayPay Points by manufacturers.
