Requirements
- Business experience in management planning, business planning, sales planning, or marketing strategy development (minimum 3 years)
- Understanding of the BtoB market and sales structure
- Experience in consulting for small and medium-sized enterprises, business improvement support, or marketing strategy design
- Experience using AI tools for data analysis and decision support
- Practical experience with AI-powered simulations and effect predictions in KPI design and strategy evaluation
- Daily experience using SQL and Python
Responsibilities
- Manage sales department forecasting and actualization (sales target setting, performance progress management)
- Develop and implement strategies and measures to achieve sales targets
- Manage sales department costs
- Formulate investment decision criteria for sales promotional expenses to maximize sales and profits (LTV/ROI, etc.) and manage their operation
- Support the formulation of business plans for new services, etc., and design sales strategies
- Promote AI-based work efficiency improvement/automation and advancement
- Develop BtoB marketing strategies (with future business expansion in mind)
