Responsibilities

物流・製造領域の中長期将来構想（ロードマップ、KPI体系）を設計し、実行計画まで伴走
現地調査/ヒアリング、データ分析（生産性・在庫・設備稼働率・人件費等）に基づく課題の特定
現行物流スキームや製造工程・生産ラインの改善、および新規スキームの要件定義・設計・構築・運用立上げを伴走（PoC/試験導入、現場の反応把握・チェンジマネジメントを含む）
社内外のステークホルダーを巻き込み、計画・進捗・課題を統合管理し合意形成を主導
新規案件の提案活動（ヒアリング・課題整理・仮説構築・提案書作成・プレゼンテーション）
