Undergraduate currently pursuing a degree with an expected graduation date of December 2026 – June 2027
Able to begin full time employment at a PIMCO office between January 2027 – August 2027
Minimum, predicted, 2:1 from an accredited university
Business proficient in English
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Excel-based calculations, presenting data in the accurate format, simple macro builds, using Excel functions to analyze data)
Proficiency in at least one of the following: Python, SQL, and/or VBA
Strong interest in the financial markets, macroeconomics, and investment finance
Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to function efficiently and problem-solve in a fast paced and time-critical environment
Outstanding communication skills which enable you to operate in a complex financial and mathematical environment

Finance, fixed income, and/or capital markets coursework (recommended but not required)
Responsibilities
Ensuring investment objectives are reflected across portfolios in scope
Monitoring portfolio positions and products versus client guidelines in concert with Compliance team
Coordinating with Portfolio Management on re-balancing of portfolios
Utilizing proprietary risk systems for monitoring portfolio exposures
Assisting in account transitions and cash flow management
Conducting performance and attribution analyses
Responding to ad hoc requests from the Portfolio Management team
