Responsibilities

  • Work alongside manufacturing professionals on project work within teams
  • Network with management throughout the company
  • Deepen business skills through team and business partner interactions, presentations, and performance evaluations
  • Join a team with diverse project responsibilities (40-hour-per-week, 12-week assignment)
  • Manufacturing Engineering: Enhance and modify equipment and processes; monitor equipment and process reliability; identify and address problem areas; provide engineering support on equipment, processes, or facilities
  • Quality: Analyze non-conformance data; maintain quality system documentation; participate in and provide technical support to internal and external audits; follow up on corrective actions from audits; interact with manufacturing team to determine root cause of quality issues and implement corrective/preventive actions
  • Automation: Collect and research data on customer experience with robotic platforms; document architecture specifications, software design descriptions, verification plans, test cases, operating procedures, and safety procedures; utilize tools to debug, test, and maintain software/hardware systems of robotic tools; assist in verification and validation; participate in design and development of application software and algorithms for robotic platforms
