Applicants must be students enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, graduating the following year, and in their final year of study based in Munich.
The role involves supporting client account teams to ensure effective use of solutions, highlighting resources and tools, assisting with health and renewal risk assessments, helping with Customer Adoption/Value events, and handling internal admin/reporting tasks.
The internship lasts 6 months, starting on 1st March 2026 and ending on 31st August 2026.
The team is structured into regional divisions for local market support in customers' native languages, with dedicated named Customer Success Managers as key contacts and dynamic CSMs providing specialized support as needed.
