  • Participate in a three-year rotational program in Finance, including Financial Planning & Analysis, Finance Controllership, and Internal Control
  • Gain hands-on experience and in-depth learning of the finance function
  • Engage in a variety of business projects to build a sound financial knowledge framework
  • Undergo structured learning, systematic training, and development in Finance and leadership
  • Collaborate with senior supervisors for mentorship, professional buddies for coaching, and participate in 1v1 conversations with the CFO
