- 운영 프로세스 지원 및 개선: 오피스 운영 업무의 연속성과 확장성을 위해 프로세스, 일정, 관련 자료를 체계적으로 정리하고 개선
- 신규 입사자의 온보딩 프로그램을 포함한 수시로 발생하는 HR 및 Operations 니즈 대응
