Candidates should possess a degree in business management or a related field, and a minimum of five years of account management experience within a supply chain or client service role. Strong skills in SLA management, account reviews, forecasting, and problem-resolution planning are essential, along with excellent written and oral communication skills. Self-motivation, a goal-oriented approach, persistence, and organization are also required.
As a Partner Relationship Manager, you will maintain induction programs for new partners, ensure partner SLA’s are met, work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve issues, provide regular two-way communication between partners and the organization, and represent the company’s services, vision, and values. You will also create and manage the regional governance calendar, gather data to drive strategic metrics, ensure partner rate card adherence, track escalated client issues, provide regular account activity reports, and assist with invoicing disputes.
