Candidates should possess proven experience in planning and executing global alliance strategies, along with experience in business development and project management. Strong communication skills, both internal and external, are required, alongside business English proficiency demonstrated by a TOEIC score of 800 points or higher. Furthermore, business-level Korean language skills are considered a plus.
The candidate will be responsible for planning and developing strategic alliances with global companies, researching and identifying potential partnership candidates, conducting outreach and engaging with potential partner companies, negotiating and finalizing partnership agreements, and driving the execution and management of partnership projects. They will also facilitate collaboration between internal and external stakeholders, contribute to the development of international strategies for PayPay, and support the creation of new partnership opportunities on a global scale.
