Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, and have at least 5 years of experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer. They must have experience with React/React Native for frontend development and Java/Spring Boot for backend development, with experience in either frontend or backend development within the specified stack being required. A willingness to learn the other technologies is also expected.

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, and data product management, with a proven track record of success in greenfield environments. Prior experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with health plans and PBMs, is highly desirable. Familiarity with tools such as dbt, Python, SQL, and Looker is also required.

Candidates should possess a passion for improving the lives of members, demonstrate curiosity and drive to deeply understand the healthcare and payments industries, and be capable of making difficult trade-offs to prioritize impactful opportunities. Previous experience in payments and/or healthcare is preferred, but not required.
