Candidates should possess 5+ years of full-life cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years specializing in hiring Enterprise Account Executives. They should demonstrate a creative, results-led sourcing approach, experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and/or Ashby, and a strong understanding of key recruiting metrics. Experience in the FinTech or Payments space is a plus, as is experience hiring Sales talent during a period of company evolution.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in software engineering, with extensive experience in managing and mentoring engineering teams, and a demonstrated passion for developer productivity and happiness. They should have experience in building and leading teams, and a deep understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. Experience with AI-driven tools and data-driven cultures is preferred.

Candidates should possess 8+ years of experience in platform engineering and infrastructure leadership roles, demonstrating expertise in building and scaling generative AI platforms and developer productivity tools. Strong experience with AWS Bedrock, Amazon Q Developer, and Amazon Q for Business is required, along with familiarity with agentic AI solutions and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.
