Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a General Ledger Accountant. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices is required, including experience with accrual accounting and journal entries. Familiarity with international accounting standards and experience managing international subsidiaries is preferred.

Candidates should possess advanced experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem, including Salesforce Admin and Platform App Builder certifications and/or equivalent certifications and experience. They must demonstrate refined problem-solving and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail, along with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and a desire to pursue additional, relevant certifications and applicable learning opportunities.

Proficiency with HRIS platforms like Workday and strong data management abilities are required. A solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law compliance is necessary, along with strong analytical skills for HR data.
