Ability to deliver production-ready AI products and models improving precision and scalability
Skills in rapidly prototyping and launching internal AI agents for workflows, automation, and operations
Capability to shape and operationalize AI strategy across products, teams, and platforms
Experience mentoring in prompt design, agent orchestration, and rapid iteration
Proficiency in building novel workflows combining speed, creativity, and technical rigor
Knowledge of implementing ethical, trustworthy AI (feedback loops, model governance, transparency)

Responsibilities

Designing and delivering AI-native products and tools solving healthcare challenges and optimizing internal workflows
Building and extending AI features across the full stack for production-readiness and platform integration
Driving the full product lifecycle: gathering requirements, shaping technical designs, delivering features connecting AI to customer/business value
Driving experimentation via working demos and iterating based on fast user/data feedback
Prototyping rapidly using GenAI models, chaining techniques, and orchestration frameworks (testing ideas in days)
Partnering with engineers, product teams, and operational stakeholders to identify AI leverage points
Delivering production-ready AI products/models improving core analytics platform precision/scalability
Prototyping/launching internal AI agents enhancing engineering workflows, automating tasks, streamlining operations
Shaping/operationalizing AI strategy by embedding AI-native thinking across products/teams/platforms
Mentoring others in AI problem-solving via best practices in prompt design, agent orchestration, rapid iteration
Contributing to IP portfolio with novel workflows
Setting standards for ethical, trustworthy AI via feedback loops, model governance, transparency
