Deep expertise in business analytics, business intelligence, BI tooling, and data warehousing
Analytical rigor, tactical execution, strong stakeholder influence, sharp business acumen, and conceptual problem-solving abilities
Strong ownership mindset and comfort navigating and succeeding in a fast-moving and ambiguous environment
Ability to build strong connections with the Strategy and Ops team, plus key stakeholders in Sales, Finance, and all areas of the Revenue organization
Implement new processes and best practices to ensure the accuracy and completeness of revenue reporting
Develop fluency in the company’s core metrics and KPIs and build reports to derive insights and support the business

Responsibilities

Drive innovation: Lead new initiatives like EDW enablement for Tableau and Boostup RevBI, changing the way Komodo does analytics
Boost efficiency and scale: Simplify and continuously improve Central Ops processes to enable smooth team growth and increased capacity
Deliver trusted insights: Set up and enforce governance to ensure data accuracy and reliable reporting
Speed up decision-making: Build and refine tools to provide sales and commercial teams with timely insights
Empower teams across the business: Enhance forecasting, support sales channels, and provide self-service tools for partner teams
Expand impact: Broaden analytics support to GVPs, SVPs, marketing, SDRs, and commissions with custom reporting solutions
