Requirements

  • Deep expertise in business analytics, business intelligence, BI tooling, and data warehousing
  • Analytical rigor, tactical execution, strong stakeholder influence, sharp business acumen, and conceptual problem-solving abilities
  • Strong ownership mindset and comfort navigating and succeeding in a fast-moving and ambiguous environment
  • Ability to build strong connections with the Strategy and Ops team, plus key stakeholders in Sales, Finance, and all areas of the Revenue organization
  • Implement new processes and best practices to ensure the accuracy and completeness of revenue reporting
  • Develop fluency in the company’s core metrics and KPIs and build reports to derive insights and support the business

Responsibilities

  • Drive innovation: Lead new initiatives like EDW enablement for Tableau and Boostup RevBI, changing the way Komodo does analytics
  • Boost efficiency and scale: Simplify and continuously improve Central Ops processes to enable smooth team growth and increased capacity
  • Deliver trusted insights: Set up and enforce governance to ensure data accuracy and reliable reporting
  • Speed up decision-making: Build and refine tools to provide sales and commercial teams with timely insights
  • Empower teams across the business: Enhance forecasting, support sales channels, and provide self-service tools for partner teams
  • Expand impact: Broaden analytics support to GVPs, SVPs, marketing, SDRs, and commissions with custom reporting solutions
