Hands-on approach with deep engagement in project teams, clients, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Ability to regularly visit all project sites to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure adherence to plans
Expertise in project oversight across design, procurement, and construction stages, including feasibility, buildability, value addition, value engineering, scheduling, and micro-schedules
Proficiency in client interaction, including regular meetings, progress updates, addressing concerns, managing expectations, and presenting reports to clients and senior management
Strong team coordination skills for facilitating meetings with site teams, project managers, engineers, and contractors to align on project goals
Capability to define development strategy, ensure project alignment with company goals and client expectations, and provide guidance on procedures and on-site activities
Experience serving as a point of escalation for project delivery issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution
Willingness to manage operations in Mumbai and later West India (on-site, full-time)

Responsibilities

Manage operations in Mumbai and later West India as part of the Colliers Project Management team
Conduct regular visits to all project sites to monitor progress, identify issues early, and ensure work aligns with plans
Hold regular meetings with clients to update on project progress, address concerns, manage expectations, and present reports on progress, risks, and issues to senior management and clients
Facilitate meetings with site teams, including project managers, engineers, and contractors, to ensure alignment with project goals
Provide expertise and value addition throughout the project cycle, including defining development strategy with the project team and ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations
Oversee multiple greenfield projects during design, procurement, and construction stages, offering guidance on feasibility, buildability, value engineering, schedules, and micro-schedules
Actively engage in on-site construction activities, hand-holding the project team to implement procedures and ensure coordinated, efficient execution of all activities
Serve as the main point of contact and escalation for project delivery issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution
Ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently from start to finish
