The Zoho One CRM & Automation Specialist will be responsible for auditing and cleaning existing data in Zoho CRM, implementing AI-powered tools for data hygiene, and designing automated workflows for lead and deal management. They will also create customized dashboards for KPI visibility, develop branded customer portals for clients, and utilize Zoho AI features and integrations to create a seamless platform that supports business growth.
