Responsibilities

  • Supports the store team to deliver a best in class customer experience
  • Scans the sales floor to ensure counters, devices, accessories and walkways are accessible, clean and functioning; reports exceptions to leadership
  • Greets customers during busiest moments, connects them to a sales consultant timely, and demonstrates company technology to new customers
  • Checks and inspects the back of the store for clean, secure and appropriately placed inventory; assists with receiving and stocking inventory to standards
  • Assists leadership with weekly cycle count process and identifies improvements to the store count process
  • Knows current processes and procedures and suggests improvements to enhance customer and/or store experience
  • Adjusts and adapts to store management priorities and direction, demonstrating professionalism and integrity
  • Understands and applies Operating Principles; owns the customer experience; knows products and services; wins as a team; participates in Net Promoter System; drives results and growth; supports inclusion
  • Other duties as assigned
