Requirements

  • Extensive product knowledge of XFINITY Residential products, including features, benefits, pricing, and campaigns
  • Sales experience to maximize sales and winbacks
  • Ability to walk and/or travel door-to-door for considerable distances in all types of weather conditions (physical requirements)
  • Where applicable, obtain and maintain credentials and/or licenses necessary to sell and/or design alarm systems as required by law
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; ability to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary

Responsibilities

  • Showcasing Comcast product expertise and promoting/selling to customers by door-to-door canvassing in assigned area
  • Demonstrating current knowledge of XFINITY Residential products including their features, benefits, pricing, and campaigns
  • Communicating and developing rapport with customers effectively
  • Evaluating individual customers' existing and potential product needs and making recommendations
  • Increasing customer understanding of Comcast products and pricing models as well as unique benefits over other service providers
  • Evaluating offers from other companies and framing a response to showcase the advantages of Comcast
  • Promotion and selling of XFINITY Residential products and services within an assigned turf, focusing on individual direct sales and/or multiple dwelling units to establish relationships and meet sales targets
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
