  • X++
  • SQL performance tuning
  • Proven track record in delivering outstanding technical solutions, requirements, solution design, customer presentation skills
  • Relevant post-secondary qualification or substantial relevant work experience
  • 1-3 years’ experience in ERP software implementations
  • Experience in implementing system design and process improvements
  • Experience working with key customers to deliver customisation requirements
  • Requirements gathering and business analysis experience
  • Experience in Finance, Supply Chain or Manufacturing with a basic understanding of related business processes
  • BS in Computer Science or similar, or equivalent experience (3+ years) in a software development role (preferred)
  • 5+ years' experience delivering custom solutions (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with customers
  • Take a proactive role in transferring knowledge and skills on the functionality of Enable products and technical solutions to other team members as required
  • Create Technical Design Documents based upon Functional Requirements
  • Write and code individual programmes from specific design requirements and technical specifications for Enable Products
  • Draft and interpret written business requirements and technical specifications documents and report and analyse any defects
  • Create, document, implement and maintain technical documentation, unit test plans, scripts and test harnesses using defined technical documentation templates in a timely fashion
  • Design, develop, modify, de-bug, document and test a range of Enable applications
  • Actively contribute to the successful implementations of proposed solutions, by completing thorough testing on the build of the solution
  • Maintain high level of technical competency, systems and industry trends
  • Produce clean, maintainable, efficient, performant, secure code, designs and specifications that satisfies requirements and ensures they successfully pass QA without reject
  • Provide technical support for the team through design and code reviews, ensuring best technical practices are applied
  • Provide technical support to customers as required
  • Customisation of the product to meet the needs of the customer based on the specifications from the Functional Consultant
  • Integration of the solution with the customer’s legacy databases and systems
  • Document custom developed functionality in accordance with documentation standards and best practices
  • Implement add-ons and code from third parties
  • Initial test of the developed functionality
  • Support integrated testing
