Requirements
- Be excited to grow your skills in communication, strategic thinking, and negotiation
- Be able to commit to 2 hours per week for four weeks: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2pm EST - 3pm EST
- Have a personal device to access virtual meetings

- Have a 30-second video that is confidential and will only be viewed by the Wpromote Talent Team
Responsibilities
- Participate in virtual learning sessions and practice pods for 2 hours each week for the first three weeks
- Engage in interactive discussions, activities, and case studies related to each focus area
- Connect with peers across the company and participate in an AMA session with a Wpromote C-suite leader and a senior leader during the final week
