Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 3 years of training or learning development experience
At least 1 or more years of experience with LTC (Long Term Care)
Ability to travel a minimum of 25% of the time within surrounding cities of Ft. Myers, Hendry County, Lehigh Acres
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Field work is a mandatory requirement

Responsibilities

Conducts or facilitates training courses for organization employees or external audiences
Plan, coordinate, and implement all aspects of training programs for participants throughout the organization (including instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, field training, and contract requirement re-education)
Create an environment conducive to learning, engage learners, and produce desired outcomes
Monitor training personnel records to ensure employees meet all company training requirements for company, quality, and regulatory compliance
Analyze course evaluations to judge effectiveness and implement improvements
Evaluate the relevance of online resources to complement the facilitated experience
Understand own work area concepts/standards, regulations, strategies, and operating standards
Make decisions regarding own work approach/priorities and follow directions
Collaborate with subject matter experts and department leaders to identify training needs and develop content
Stay current with best practices in adult learning and instructional design; proactively recommend new training technologies and methods
Prepare and present training metrics and outcomes to management for strategic decision-making
Serve as a mentor or coach to new facilitators and support their professional development
Adapt training materials to address diverse learning styles and needs of participants
Ensure all training activities adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements
Facilitate post-training feedback sessions to assess understanding and address knowledge gaps
Leverage learning management systems and digital tools to enhance delivery and tracking of training programs
