Responsibilities

  • Own critical strategic initiatives for WoW to achieve growth ambition (DC expansion, future greenfield, marketing initiatives, sales initiatives) partnering with WoW functional leaders
  • Work with your Mosaic talent counterpart to lead hiring across the organization
  • Identify new opportunities of growth for Windows on Washington and think creatively about where to expand our market exposure in the Maryland, Virginia and eventually the Washington DC market
  • Manage the Google Reviews and responses for the company
  • Build out the companies' LinkedIn page and website
  • Provide strategic and analytical support to help solve barriers to growth
  • Build and maintain a basic company budget and work with the finance/controller to build a monthly reporting cadence for the GM to determine company performance and levers for potential uplift
