A minimum of 5 years of experience leading and managing a high-performing sales team is required. Experience within Enterprise segments (10k+ employees) is preferred. Strong sales skills, operational rigor, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, and a proven track record of consistently overachieving on quota attainment are essential. The role also requires strong interpersonal, teamwork, and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across all organizational levels.
The Enterprise Sales Leader will be responsible for hiring, enabling, and managing a team of Employee Experience Sellers within the Enterprise and Mid Market segments. This includes defining strategy, overall business planning for accounts, providing feedback, coaching, and training to ensure team quota attainment. The role involves driving activity levels, implementing process efficiency changes, and managing both net-new customer acquisition and cross-sell efforts into existing Zoom relationships. Responsibilities also include leading sales strategies for Enterprise customers, overseeing pipeline generation and progression, acting as an executive sponsor on high-value opportunities, developing business within existing Zoom accounts, managing complex sales situations, and cultivating executive-level relationships with key customers and prospects. Additionally, the leader will stay informed of product, competition, and industry trends, and work strategically with management to identify opportunities and challenges.
