Candidates need 2+ years of relevant working experience, including as an Office or Banquet assistant, and a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. The role also requires the ability to work full time in the Bethesda office with flexibility for occasional hours outside core business times.
Preferred skills include in-depth understanding of office management, strong team-centric focus and bias towards action, hands-on experience with Google Suite, working knowledge of office equipment, excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail, problem-solving, customer service, interpersonal skills, and discretion.
