Requirements

The Workplace Experience Manager should have experience managing a Workplace Coordinator, overseeing multiple office locations across Europe and Taiwan, and coordinating office operations and facilities. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. Familiarity with UK health and safety legislation and environmental sustainability practices is also required.

Responsibilities

This role involves managing the Warsaw Workplace Coordinator, ensuring their daily tasks are completed and they are onsite 3 days a week. The manager will oversee the Amsterdam, Hamburg, Porto, and Taipei offices, maintaining the physical space, supporting daily operations, conducting space audits, coordinating internal moves, assisting with IT issues, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, ordering food and beverages, coordinating events and employee experiences, and fostering a positive office culture. The manager will also be responsible for maintaining office supplies, updating emergency procedures, and collaborating with the HR team to improve the office environment.
