Requirements

  • Ability to develop, own, and deploy an experience and data-led events strategy aligned with company objectives, operating principles, and engagement KPIs
  • Capability to curate a world-class calendar of experiences, including company gatherings, all-employee meetings, and ongoing events/activations
  • Experience partnering with senior leadership, DEIB, and Engagement Committees to translate business and cultural goals into inclusive, measurable experiences
  • Expertise in managing the full end-to-end event lifecycle, from creative concepting and stakeholder alignment to logistics, supplier management, onsite delivery, and post-event analysis
  • Proficiency in overseeing operational elements such as scheduling, invites, catering, AV/tech, and physical setup/breakdown
  • Skills in driving integrated event communications and marketing, collaborating with Internal Comms and Brand teams
  • Ability to own events budget, including forecasting, tracking, and ROI analysis
  • Experience leading vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and managing risk assessments, compliance, and health/safety
  • Proficiency in establishing, tracking, and analyzing KPIs (e.g., attendance, eNPS, sentiment, ROI) with data storytelling for leadership
  • Ability to act as a cross-functional partner with Workplace, Comms, Brand teams, and global counterparts
  • Flexibility for a full-time, hybrid role with some out-of-hours events

Responsibilities

  • Develop & Own the Annual Strategy: Develop, own, and deploy an experience and data-led events strategy aligned with company objectives, operating principles, and engagement KPIs, ensuring clear purpose, audience, and ROI
  • Curate a world-class calendar of experiences, from larger-scale company gatherings and all-employee meetings to ‘always on’ events and activations that strengthen culture, connection, and belonging
  • Lead Senior Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with senior leadership, DEIB, and Engagement Committees to translate business and cultural goals (including heritage months) into meaningful, inclusive, and measurable experiences
  • Manage End-to-End Event Lifecycle: Lead from initial creative concepting, stakeholder alignment, and logistics to supplier management, onsite delivery, and post-event analysis
  • Oversee Flawless Operations: Coordinate scheduling, invites, catering, AV/tech requirements, and physical setup/breakdown for seamless execution
  • Drive integrated event communications and marketing, collaborating with Internal Comms and Brand for impactful campaigns
  • Own the events budget, including forecasting, tracking, and ROI analysis to maximize value and impact
  • Lead Vendor & Risk Management: Build vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and handle risk assessments, compliance, and health/safety
  • Champion Data-Driven Improvement: Establish, track, and analyze KPIs (attendance, eNPS, sentiment, ROI), using data storytelling to demonstrate value and drive innovation
  • Act as a Key Cross-Functional Partner: Align with Workplace, Comms, and Brand teams on storytelling, newsletter content, and share best practices with global counterparts
