Requirements

Currently enrolled as a student at a German university (ideally in Business Administration, HR, Communications, or a related field)
A high level of attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Fluency in both English and German
Proficiency in Google Workspace and other productivity software
A solid sense of responsibility and integrity
A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn new systems and processes quickly
Part-time, 20 hours/week role requiring work from the Berlin office 3 days a week

Responsibilities

Assisting with data entry, filing, and ensuring the organized management of HR documents and employee files
Handling general administrative tasks for the People Team as needed
Helping with the preparation and processing of new hire paperwork and documentation
Supporting the team in ensuring a smooth and organized onboarding experience for all new Berlin employees
Assisting with tasks within our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and organizational data
Providing general office support for the EMEA People Team to keep the team operating efficiently
