Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a student at a German university (ideally in Business Administration, HR, Communications, or a related field)
  • A high level of attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
  • Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Fluency in both English and German
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and other productivity software
  • A solid sense of responsibility and integrity
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Part-time, 20 hours/week role requiring work from the Berlin office 3 days a week

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with data entry, filing, and ensuring the organized management of HR documents and employee files
  • Handling general administrative tasks for the People Team as needed
  • Helping with the preparation and processing of new hire paperwork and documentation
  • Supporting the team in ensuring a smooth and organized onboarding experience for all new Berlin employees
  • Assisting with tasks within our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and organizational data
  • Providing general office support for the EMEA People Team to keep the team operating efficiently
