Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data modeling techniques are essential, along with experience using forecasting software and tools.
As a Workforce Planning Manager, you will be responsible for forecasting demand for customer support and onboarding resources, managing staffing capacity to align with those forecasts, and creating performance dashboards to track key metrics. You will also partner with various teams including Support, Onboarding, Account Management, Enablement, and Finance to ensure adequate resourcing and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, ultimately driving the data-informed strategy behind the customer success operations.
