The Workforce Optimization Success Manager will create long-term, trusting relationships with customers, overseeing a portfolio of assigned clients and advising on strategy, transformational change, and software adoption. They will regularly analyze data metrics to drive clients towards advancing their labor management plans and achieving cost savings goals, while also serving as a liaison between cross-functional internal teams. This role involves facilitating document creation, developing comprehensive project plans, identifying potential vendors, running event logistics, providing mentorship, coordinating meeting readiness, and establishing relationships with office vendors and suppliers, along with completing expense reports and guiding team members on travel management procedures.
