Excellent phone manner with strong communication skills

Good diagnosis and troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities

Provide first line operational workflow support and training to clients and reporters
Triage and troubleshoot incoming calls from Reporters, Clients, and internal staff
Investigate and resolve issues following Medica processes and procedures
Ensure all queries and issues are logged accurately
Continuous learning and in-depth understanding of our business applications and services
Continuous contribution towards our knowledge base
Utilise Medica’s process and training library to support on-going training to our clients and reporters, promoting self-help
Report and investigate any service failures identifying areas for improvement
Work effectively with IM&T and Service Delivery colleagues to ensure services are maintained and delivered in line with key performance metrics
Undertake administrative tasks relating to the operational delivery of all service lines
