Responsibilities

  • Provide first line operational workflow support and training to clients and reporters
  • Triage and troubleshoot incoming calls from Reporters, Clients, and internal staff
  • Investigate and resolve issues following Medica processes and procedures
  • Ensure all queries and issues are logged accurately
  • Continuous learning and in-depth understanding of our business applications and services
  • Continuous contribution towards our knowledge base
  • Utilise Medica’s process and training library to support on-going training to our clients and reporters, promoting self-help
  • Report and investigate any service failures identifying areas for improvement
  • Work effectively with IM&T and Service Delivery colleagues to ensure services are maintained and delivered in line with key performance metrics
  • Undertake administrative tasks relating to the operational delivery of all service lines
