Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and a current Workday certification in Records and Advising is preferred. They should have experience gathering requirements, configuration design, prototyping, testing, and deploying solutions to meet customer requirements within the records and academic advising functional areas, with recent experience deploying Workday Student Records being strongly preferred. Subject Matter Expertise in Student Records, ideally with experience in a registrar’s office at a college or university, is also desired.

Responsibilities

The Workday Student Senior Principal Consultant will execute the day-to-day activities of a Workday Student Records consultant, serving as a functional expert and conducting sessions with customers to analyze business requirements and provide solutions. Consultants will develop solutions aligning with customer requirements, create appropriate artifacts and deliverables, share product knowledge, support Workday Delivery Assurance reviews, identify strategies and risks, and provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices. They will also support business development activities, including proposal development, and provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices.
