- Salary: $106,171 - $159,257 (depending on experience and qualifications)
We are seeking experienced Workday implementation professionals to join our higher education transformation consulting practice. This role focuses on delivering superior results in the Workday Student Records space. Consultants at this level are expected to execute day-to-day activities, serve as functional experts, conduct customer sessions, develop solutions, and provide subject matter expertise. We value exceptional customer service and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree required, or equivalent experience.
- Workday Certification: Current Workday certification in Records and Advising is preferred.
- Experience:
- Gathering requirements, configuration design, prototyping, testing, and deploying solutions.
- Recent experience deploying Workday Student Records is strongly preferred.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Experience in a registrar’s office at a college or university is ideal.
- Skills:
- Passion for exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage customer expectations and relationships.
- Report writing experience is desired.
- Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Execute the day-to-day activities of a Workday Student Records consultant.
- Serve as a functional expert in Student Records, with deep knowledge of current functionality, design concepts, and future product direction.
- Conduct sessions with customers to analyze business requirements, provide solutions to complex problems, and transfer knowledge.
- Develop solutions to align with customer requirements and provide appropriate artifacts and deliverables.
- Actively share product knowledge with others to grow the Workday practice.
- Support Workday Delivery Assurance reviews to achieve design and build sign-off.
- Identify strategies, risks, and options to determine ideal approaches that lead to meeting customer requirements.
- Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices.
- Support business development activities, including identification, proposal development, and pursuit activities.
